Building Maintenance Tech I

Conduct preventative maintenance duties, inspect and clean rooms after use, and pick up trash throughout the property. Respond timely to maintenance emergencies, paint walls and trim as needed, and ensure laundry equipment, vending machines, and common areas are cleaned twice daily. Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment, guest, and chemical handling while wearing provided protective gear. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods with little to no travel. Based at a property managed by OTO Development, an industry-leading hotel operator.
