Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance duties, inspect and clean rooms, pick up trash, and ensure all equipment functions properly. Respond timely to maintenance emergencies, paint walls and trim, and clean laundry machines, dryers, and common areas twice daily. Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment, guest safety, and chemical handling while wearing provided protective gear. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods with little to no travel. Based at a property managed by OTO Development, an industry-leading hotel developer known for operational excellence and upscale hospitality.
Required Qualifications
