Job Summary

Prepare vacated apartments for new residents with quality repairs and painting, while using a mobile application to receive tasks, track time, and document completed work. Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies. Requires 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or residential construction, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
