Job Summary
Maintain building and facilities including HVAC, water, and electrical systems; perform minor maintenance and preventative maintenance; service material handling equipment and perform general carpentry on floors, walls, and doors; ensure safety equipment is in working order and complete maintenance reports. Requires 2+ years of facility maintenance experience and forklift experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred. Shift is 1st, Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, compensation $20.50/hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Experience with forklifts
- Ability to learn or understand Microsoft Office 365 with an aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
