Job Summary
Building Maintenance technician responsible for general building and facilities upkeep including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance; perform preventive maintenance, minor water/electrical repairs, and maintain equipment such as material handling gear, with duties spanning carpentry tasks, safety equipment checks, and handling reports; respond to security/alarm calls as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Maintenance experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and carpentry
- Welding and other Maintenance experience preferred
- Forklift and Scissor Lift Experience is a plus
