Job Summary
Maintain HVAC systems, perform water and electrical repairs, and execute preventative maintenance programs for building facilities. Provide upkeep for material handling equipment, conduct carpentry on floors and walls, and ensure all safety equipment remains operational. Complete required reports after tasks and answer security or alarm calls as needed. This role requires 2+ years of facility maintenance experience and includes a shift differential of $1.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
- Ability to learn or understand Microsoft Office 365 with an aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse maintenance experience
- Experience with forklifts
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
