Job Summary
Perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on building electrical systems and related equipment and building systems. Duties include conducting tests and inspections, determining repair/maintenance needs for electrical circuits, overload protection devices, outlets, refrigeration equipment, controls, and lighting systems; install, remove, operate, and maintain building systems and related physical plant systems. Requires five years of related experience and a valid Connecticut E-1 or E-2 license; Bargaining unit Teal Book employees have first consideration; position posted internally and externally with resume required. Emphasis on safety, reliability, teamwork, and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- Five years related commercial and/or industrial experience in electrical system installation, repair and maintenance
- A valid and current Connecticut E-1 or E-2 license is required
