Job Summary
Building Maintenance Lead position available for experienced candidates in Brook Park, Ohio. The role involves various maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, lifting, moving furniture, mowing grass, snow removal, and some plumbing and electrical work. Shift is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm with a pay of $19/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance
