Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacement of building components across campus facilities. Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs, install fixtures and equipment, and operate power tools safely while working from ladders at varying heights. Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This full-time, temporary position requires a valid driver's license, personal hand tools, and at least three years of general maintenance experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with an hourly rate of $25.00.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working from ladders and operating power tools safely
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance experience preferred
