Job Summary
Assist with routine building maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks while supporting the maintenance team with work orders. Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, storage spaces, and exterior grounds, and help set up or break down tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings or special events. Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to supervisors, move furniture and supplies as directed, and maintain organized work areas. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Previous maintenance or custodial experience is required. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, $15/hour in Shreveport, LA.
