Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests and support the overall upkeep of the Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center property. Perform guest room preventative maintenance duties including painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning. Maintain grounds, landscaping, outbuildings, and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner. Assist in maintaining the pool, spa, and general property area according to specific local codes and brand standards. Promptly respond to reports of guest problems and concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a combination of AM and PM shifts 3 days a week
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience
- General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building construction
- Operation knowledge of common power and hand tools
- Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error free
- Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
Desired Qualifications
- Prior hotel, building or apartment maintenance experience
