Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests and support overall property upkeep by performing guest room preventative maintenance such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning. Maintain grounds, landscaping, outbuildings, and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner while assisting in maintaining the pool, spa, and general property area according to local codes and brand standards. Promptly respond to reports of guest problems and concerns. Requires general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building construction, plus operation of common power and hand tools. Flexible availability on weekends for morning and evening shifts is required.
