Job Summary
Building Maintenance Technician responsible for the integral ongoing maintenance and repair of our retail buildings, supporting safe and smooth day-to-day operations. Duties include completing work orders, rehabilitation of building components (e.g., drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical), preventive maintenance and inspections, use of hand and electrical tools, and assisting managers and staff. Knowledge of PPE and BBP safety, and a background in construction/building maintenance; technical school degree/certification beneficial. Pays $18-20/hour ( Depends on Experience ); benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other employee programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of previous building maintenance experience
- Valid driver''s license and ability to be insured to drive a company vehicle
- Previous safety training and/or building maintenance-related certifications
