Job Summary
Support teachers, administrators, and staff with technology-related problems and equipment usage across Austintown Elementary, Intermediate, and Early Learning buildings. Diagnose and resolve routine issues involving computers, Chromebooks, printers, displays, software, and network connectivity while maintaining accurate service and inventory records. Refer advanced, recurring, or security-related matters to Technology Department leadership and collaborate with building administrators to provide timely customer service. Work a 9-month contract at 5.75 hours per day with variable report times based on building needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current favorable BCII (State) and FBI (Federal) background checks
- Rapback Enrollment through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce
- Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training
- Negative drug screen result
- Successful completion of skills testing
- Punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position
