Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of building inspector experience
- High School Diploma (Some college preferred)
- ICC B2 Certification
- ICC Soils
- ICC Reinforced Concrete

- Certified Welding Inspector
- ACI Field Technician 1
- Ability to write reports utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to generate schedules on Microsoft Project is a plus
