Job Summary
Perform landscaping installations, lawn care, and building cleaning duties including snow removal, trash pickup, and turnover cleaning for residential properties. Execute small engine maintenance, pest control support, and seasonal projects while coordinating equipment movement and supplies. Maintain company vehicles and follow all safety protocols during work. Meet daily with supervisors and attend meetings as needed. No on-call responsibilities; consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds required.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 2 months of employment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and meet car insurance requirements
- Ability to stand, lift and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks) in hot/cold and wet environments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to operate applicable phone applications for work orders, time allocation and information look-up
- Multi-housing experience is a plus!
Desired Qualifications
- Some knowledge of operating light machines like snow blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers or carpet cleaning equipment
- Ability and willingness to learn
