Job Summary

Administrator of a clinic responsible for overall daily management and operation; leads growth, quality assurance (QAPI) and staffing, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates patient scheduling and staffing, and oversees clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes and achieve financial targets. Must hold a current RN license and have dialysis nursing experience; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office apps; capable of developing corrective action plans and maintaining detailed patient records; may fulfill responsibility of facility CEO as delegated; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, PTO, and virtual care. The role requires full-time availability and supervision of staff across departments, with emphasis on quality patient care, regulatory adherence, and staff development.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state.
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Must meet applicable, specific state requirements.
