Building & Facilities Maintenance

Building & Facilities Maintenance role responsible for general repairs, preventative maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment support across brewery, restaurant, office, and event spaces. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to work independently, handle tasks such as fixing doors, lighting, drywall, fixtures, and basic troubleshooting of facility systems; experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building repairs; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willingness to support nights/weekends or emergency needs; forklift experience a plus. The role emphasizes hands-on, self-directed work in a hospitality/production environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
