Job Summary
Building Erection Leadman/Co-Owner at Keller Inc., a 100% employee-owned Design/Build General Contractor based in Kaukauna, WI. Lead and mentor crews performing building erection of pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings, install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing, read and interpret blueprints and specifications, coordinate with project teams, ensure work meets project specifications and schedules, communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, assist Foreman with jobsite organization, enforce safety protocols, and contribute to ESOP and benefits together with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of building erection techniques and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to travel - typically in the state of WI
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-50lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and other equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
