Job Summary
Building Erection Foreman leading 4-5 crew members in daily duties for on-site erection of pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings; coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and safety/quality standards, train new crew, manage staffing, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines, and maintain daily paperwork. Employee-owned culture with ESOP participation; competitive hourly rate plus annual incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits. Travel typically within Wisconsin to project sites and maintain an energetic, accountable, and high-integrity team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable with heights
- Great Leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel typically within WI
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
- Be a reliable and trustworthy member of the team
