Immediate opening for a Building Engineer in West Houston responsible for maintaining energy management and preventive maintenance in a commercial high-rise setting. Candidates must have relevant experience and skills in HVAC, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous experience working in Commercial High-Rise
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical and building automation systems
- Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions
