Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations at The Century, including managing the property’s maintenance program, in-unit annual inspections, and maintenance tickets submitted through the ticketing system. Communicates with residents and management, coordinates with the Engineering team, and oversees third-party vendors. Performs minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting; ensures high standards of service, safety, and property presentation in a luxury high-rise HOA setting. Requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to document tasks and coordinate multiple maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings or HOA environments preferred
- Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
