Job Summary
Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Address service requests for hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs while troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions. Replace components like light fixtures and filters, maintain accurate inspection records, and conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies. Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations, participate in on-call rotations for emergencies, and interact with tenants and contractors. Work in-office during standard business hours with a salary of $38–$42 USD. Requires 2–3 years of experience, relevant licenses, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
- Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements
- CFC Certification preferred
- Developing familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- gaining experience with BAS operation and troubleshooting
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and laptop/phone applications for work order systems, email, and training platforms
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling
