Job Summary
Building Engineer responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) with routine maintenance, responding to tenant requests, inspections, and safety compliance under guidance of senior engineers. Duties include scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, replacing fixtures/filters, recording readings, interacting with tenants/contractors/owners, assisting with preventive maintenance, and ensuring OSHA/NEC/NFPA compliance. Requires customer service skills, familiarity with blueprints and BAS, basic software use (laptop, Outlook), and the ability to work after hours or in emergencies; position is 100% in-office in Denver, CO. HS diploma/GED and 2-3 years of related experience; CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain; may require licenses per local/state/national requirements. Pay range $65,000–$68,000 USD; all offers contingent on background check and work eligibility in the United States. All activities performed in-office with no remote option.
