Job Summary
Building Engineer III responsible for responding to guest maintenance requests, performing minor plumbing repairs (unclogging drains, plunging toilets, fixing leaky faucets), completing miscellaneous repairs (e.g., tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs, patching walls), and conducting preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Maintain daily operation, maintenance, and safety logs; communicate with guests to resolve issues; adhere to safety policies and professional standards; maintain uniform appearance and protect proprietary information. Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, listen and respond to concerns, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Physical duties include reaching overhead, bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating stairs/ramps/ladder, and handling objects of varying size. No supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
