Job Summary
Coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to increase net operating income by safely maintaining the property's exterior and interior within approved budget levels. Supervise maintenance staff, develop a skilled team of technicians, and troubleshoot systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Process purchase orders, manage work orders, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with fire codes, OSHA regulations, and safety laws. Liaise with the property manager, respond to emergencies, and implement preventative maintenance plans while being on call for after-hours incidents. Mentor team members and provide cost-saving initiatives for review.
