Job Summary
Coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to increase net operating income by safely maintaining property interiors and exteriors within budget. Supervise maintenance staff, develop skilled technicians, and direct daily operations while reviewing and prioritizing work orders for timely completion. Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, implement preventative maintenance plans, and conduct regular inspections ensuring compliance with fire codes and OSHA regulations. Liaise with the property manager, respond to emergencies, and process purchase orders to control costs. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and after-hours on-call rotations.
