Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance or repair needs, performing routine tasks like changing filters, lubricating equipment, and inspecting electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical installations while managing building automation systems and maintaining inventory. Coordinate with contractors for major repairs, ensure all work complies with safety codes, and respond to emergency maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Full-time role with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
