Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while monitoring and maintaining building automation systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues, respond to service requests, and troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies by maintaining accurate records and coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs. Assist with emergency response, after-hours issues, and energy efficiency initiatives while keeping work areas clean and safe. Requires a high school diploma, three years of experience, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for work orders and reporting systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Desired Qualifications
