Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on assigned HVACR equipment, controls, chilled water systems, steam systems, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal customer relations in a multi-tenant high-rise commercial building. Manage various mechanical and electrical systems while adhering to a Monday through Friday first shift schedule from 8:30am to 5pm. This role supports ABM's comprehensive benefits package for front line team members.
