Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of offices, hallways, and common areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash and recycling bins. Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, locker areas, kitchen, and breakroom appliances; perform window washing, glass cleaning, power washing of the exterior, and dusting of surfaces, blinds, and vents. Maintain and sanitize the gym room and fitness equipment while monitoring and restocking bathroom supplies. Perform light maintenance tasks and support clerical duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and filing when workload permits. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and carrying supplies
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks efficiently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
