Job Summary
Evening, part-time custodial role responsible for cleaning medical buildings, offices, and light industrial facilities. Duties include cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), trash collection and replacement of liners, restroom sanitation, polishing furniture and fixtures, wiping windows/mirrors, dusting surfaces and overhead vents, maintaining orderly custodian closet, communicating with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality, and following safety procedures using cleaning solutions and equipment. Requires attention to detail, ability to work alone or with others, and ability to use mobile apps on a personal smartphone. Compensation ranges from $10-$14 per hour, with pay per building; experience in cleaning is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Have a personal smart phone with data usage capability
- Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S
- Hours: Part-time Evening
