Job Summary
Part-time evening custodians needed to clean medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; collecting trash and replacing liners; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; polishing furniture and fixtures; wiping windows, partitions, and mirrors; dusting furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; maintaining a tidy custodian closet; communicating with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality and customer service; following safety guidelines and procedures for cleaning solutions and equipment; reporting any abnormal conditions to management; ensuring chemicals and equipment are available and in working order; recording arrival/departure times and using the company app on a personal smartphone. Hours: Part-time Evening. Compensation: $10-$14/hr (average experienced custodian ~ $13/hr); Location: Leesburg, GA. Minimum background check and authorization to work in the U.S. required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age
- Able to lift occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Have a personal smart phone with data usage capability
- Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to use mobile apps
