Job Summary
Conduct cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms. Collect trash, polish furniture, wipe glass partitions, dust equipment, and maintain closet orderliness. Communicate with supervisors to ensure quality, report abnormal conditions, and verify chemical and equipment availability. Record arrival and departure times using a personal smartphone with data capability. Part-time evening hours with flexible scheduling. Weekly pay ranging from $10 to $14 per hour, averaging $13 for experienced custodians. High school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 40 pounds required. Background check and U.S. work authorization necessary.
