Job Summary
Building Consultant role in Paris within JLL's Building Consultancy department. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and preparing reports, negotiating schedules of dilapidations and exit strategies, undertaking building reinstatement cost assessments, coordinating portfolio instructions, and providing holistic, professional client service with external and internal teams. Travel is required. Ideal candidate is an outward-looking, team-oriented all-rounder with strong verbal and numerical skills and capable of report writing. MRICS qualification is preferred; experience with AutoCAD and strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are advantageous. Bilingual English/French abilities and a valid driving license are beneficial.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- MRICS (building surveying) preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage
- Bilingual in English & French
- Clean and valid driving license
- Willingness to travel
