Job Summary
Provide classroom coverage when teachers or school staff are absent due to illness or approved leave. Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, manage student behavior, support daily classroom routines, take attendance, and communicate with school staff as needed. Work in different grade levels or subject areas throughout the school day depending on staffing needs. This role ensures continuity of instruction and maintains a safe, structured learning environment for students while supporting the school's educational goals.
