Building Automation Systems Project Manager

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of multiple building automation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Supervise engineers, installers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors while conducting job walks, pre-bid reviews, and site visits to track progress, quality, and safety compliance. Develop detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and financial forecasts; identify, pursue, and document change orders to maintain profitability. Mentor controls technicians and installers, lead project turnover meetings, and manage closeout requirements. Partner with internal teams to align labor, materials, and subcontractor efforts with client expectations.
