Job Summary
Design instrument lists from P&ID drawings and compile submittal documentation for controls and hardware. Configure DDC, PLC, and DCS algorithms, draft system documentation, and assemble development systems using project hardware. Install project software on site systems, perform loop checks, and calibrate instrumentation. Troubleshoot installation discrepancies, program field modifications, and assist with commissioning test plans and training documentation. Works in a supervised role or with a team at customer sites to participate in design reviews, demonstrations, and acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Technical Degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects
- Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
