Job Summary
Project Manager for Building Automation Systems to coordinate labour resources, manage project schedules and site activities, perform site visits, and foster client relationships. Responsibilities include assisting sales during bidding/estimating, producing engineering shop and as-built drawings, guiding BAS projects from estimation turnover to completion, enforcing Health & Safety policies, reviewing plans/submittals, determining system objectives from customer needs, designing and sizing DDC control sequences, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, managing scope and budget to meet completion dates, and providing ongoing technical support and documentation improvements. Requires PMP certification, strong BAS background, and related engineering/technology credentials; in Ontario, Vaughan site with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Robust Building Automation background
- Experience in Project Management or Field Technician roles
