Job Summary
Track and monitor ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines to pre-defined service level agreements. Manage incidents impacting Data Center infrastructure services and conduct site reviews to evaluate suitability for data center builds. Act as the engineering representative for moderately complex on-site scenarios related to mission critical systems and provide engineering insight to ensure design initiatives align with company expectations. Contribute to training programs for newer team members by acting as a subject matter expert on standard systems.
