Job Summary
Building Automation Controls Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to complete multiple projects on time and within budget with safety and quality focus. Must oversee scheduling of engineers, installers, technicians, and subcontractors, provide continuous customer updates and time frames, manage pre-bid reviews, track backlog and margins, pursue change orders, maintain project schedules, monitor weekly project financials, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Leads and mentors Controls Technicians and Installers, supports staffing and requisitions, and coordinates with dispatch and field teams to keep crews properly sized. Requires building automation and energy services experience, strong financial and scheduling acumen, and a valid driver’s license. Located in Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, or Phoenix with in-person office-based work. Relocation assistance and competitive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in building automation and energy services preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience managing building automation projects
- Experience using building automation controls systems
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
- Regular and punctual attendance
