Building Administrator - Anchorage Towers - CP

Job Summary
Coordinate commodities, office supplies, and operational materials for building occupants. Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings, training sessions, and special events. Receive, process, track, and update facility work orders using the Company's computerized maintenance management system. Monitor work order status and communicate updates to building occupants and management. Assist with employee and contractor access coordination, office moves, and inventory management. Provide customer service by responding to inquiries regarding building services and facility operations. Support emergency response activities by maintaining communication and administrative documentation. Ensure compliance with Company policies, security procedures, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of administrative, facilities, or office management experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for the previous three (3) years
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. from floor to knuckle x 2
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. from floor to waist x 2
- Ability to carry 20 lbs. with two hands for a minimum distance of 20 feet
- Ability to kneel on one knee and stand. Return to kneel on opposite knee. Repeat alternate kneeling sequence x 3 for each knee
- Ability to stand from supine position without assistance x 3 while wearing arctic gear
- Ability to perform alternate cross over toe touches x 5 each side
- Ability to walk on a treadmill at 3 MPH for 10 minutes with good balance
- Ability to climb up and down 10 steps x 2 for a total of 20 steps
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, which may include a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, fit-for-duty assessment, and hearing test
- Applicants who do not reside near an approved testing facility are responsible for travel expenses to the nearest testing location
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining positive relationships with employees, customers, and clients
