Builder (Construction Manager/Superintendent) to join the Atlanta team, overseeing planning, scheduling, and oversight of quality-built homes through all construction stages. Responsibilities include managerial oversight of homes, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating with the Sales team, maintaining a professional job site, understanding contracts/plans/regulations, completing reports and homebuyer reviews, and ensuring adherence to David Weekley Homes quality standards. Experience preferred in residential production, subcontractor scheduling/oversight, customer interaction, and payroll/budget duties. College degree preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to deliver quality homes and a positive homebuying experience.
