Job Summary
Conduct daily load-out operations, review routes, and provide real-time support to contractor teams during appliance deliveries. Perform ride-alongs and behinds to evaluate installation quality, customer interactions, and professionalism, while demonstrating proper techniques for refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, and built-in appliances. Coach teams on operational excellence, safety, and DOT compliance, developing individualized improvement plans and mentoring new hires through their training period. Assess contractor proficiency, identify quality trends, and partner with operations leadership to reduce damages and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain a valid driver's license and insurable record, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in final mile delivery, logistics, or appliance installation
- Extensive experience installing residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, and built-in appliances
- Strong knowledge of delivery operations and contractor management
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop field teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field
- Ability to perform ride-alongs/behind and provide constructive coaching
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and DOT compliance requirements
