Job Summary
Relationship-oriented Builder Services role focused on supporting and serving assigned builder accounts in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Responsibilities include managing builder accounts, setting and achieving account goals, handling high-level complaints, answering high-volume calls, coordinating delivery and installation pre-calls, collaborating with coworkers and management to stay current on products, and contributing to continuous improvement of departmental and company performance. Key qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or account management (3-5 years), strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, team orientation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM, plus a background check. Salary is estimated at $21-$23/hour (annualized to $43,680-$47,840), with full-time benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
