Builder Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
Builder Sales Coordinator provides daily administrative support to the sales team across four Daikin brands, including product information, CRM support for national sales force, manufacturers’ reps, distributors, engineers and end users; collaborates with marketing; coordinates training, onboarding, residential programs and events; routes web leads; maintains customer lists; supports Loyaly/claims processes; performs market data submission and reporting; and supports various sales programs and tools. Requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, ability to balance multiple priorities, and willingness to travel occasionally. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years in internal sales or related CRM-focused role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in internal sales or related role involved in customer relationship management in a sales environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel skills
- Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of company products & services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends
- Self-starter with ability to provide innovative solutions to the business
- Ability to make sound decisions and implement actions
- Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job
