Collect required documentation and convert it to paperless formats, then calculate rates and fees by reading rate sheets and product codes. Negotiate and confirm rates, fees, and lock terms with customers before locking loans in the system and managing the pipeline through funding. Communicate regularly with borrowers and operations staff to ensure smooth closings and maintain minimum productivity goals.
