Job Summary
Builder Loan Consultant cultivates loan referrals through the builder, assesses borrower finances to determine the best loan program, prepares and submits loan documents, negotiates rates/fees/lock terms, manages the pipeline through funding, and maintains professional communication with borrowers and operations staff to ensure a smooth closing; requires NMLS license, 1-3 years of loan origination experience, experience originating purchase loans, and a high school diploma or GED. Builder experience is strongly preferred.
