Job Summary
Support daily shop production by building, assembling, and maintaining equipment while following production schedules and ensuring quality and workmanship. Perform hands-on machine builds and production tasks, identify and communicate issues with materials, tools, or build processes, keep work areas clean and safe, and assist teammates to maintain workflow and productivity. Read build drawings and schematics, operate shop tools, and adhere to standards and safety requirements; demonstrate proactive, detail-oriented, customer-service-minded, and confidential work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow build drawings, schematics, and instructions
- Familiarity with shop tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
