Job Summary
Lead and scale the inside sales organization driving the majority of the company’s revenue growth. Manage and coach a team of AEs and SDRs across San Francisco and New York, carry a team quota of $5–10M+, architect data-driven sales processes, reporting, and forecasting, and partner with SDR leadership, RevOps, and Marketing to shorten cycles and improve win rates. Recruit, train, and inspire a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, with a path to VP of Sales within 12–24 months. The role requires onsite work in NYC or SF and a track record of growing B2B SaaS inside sales teams to multi-million-dollar quotas.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12 years in B2B SaaS
- led outbound sales teams with quotas of $5M+
- built and coached teams where multiple reps hit $1M+ annually
- experience leading inside sales teams across multiple markets (SF and NYC)
- proven metrics orientation (conversion rates, CAC efficiency, forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity)
- willingness to work onsite five days a week in NYC or SF
- experience scaling sales organizations and building data-driven processes
